• To maintain conversation context and memory for personalized responses

• To process payments through WiPay for premium features

Conversation data is stored locally and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing via Anthropic, speech-to-text via OpenAI Whisper).

• Meta/WhatsApp Business API — messaging platform
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI language processing
• OpenAI (Whisper) — voice note transcription
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech
• WiPay — payment processing

We retain your conversation data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by messaging Jarvis or contacting us directly.
